Refund policy

At Mijaashree, your satisfaction is our priority. However, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Return Conditions:

• Returns are accepted only for Wrong or Damaged Items.
• You must request a return within 3 days after the product is delivered.
• Return requests for reasons other than wrong/damaged items will not be accepted.

📧 How to Request a Return:

• Email us at help.mijaashree@gmail.com with:
• Subject name must be "I want to return/exchange my product"
• Clear reason for return
• Attached images of the product
• Unboxing video as proof (mandatory)

📦 Return Pick-Up:

• The product must be in its original condition and original packaging intact.
• Our team will verify the condition before pickup.
• Pickup will be arranged only if all return conditions are met.

💸 Refund Policy:

• Refund will be processed only after the product is picked up and we receive the parcel and inspected it.
• Full amount will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.
• If the product is found <without original condition>, <damaged>, or <used> — no refund will be issued.
