Refund policy
At Mijaashree, your satisfaction is our priority. However, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ Return Conditions:
- Returns are accepted only for Wrong or Damaged Items.
- You must request a return within 3 days after the product is delivered.
- Return requests for reasons other than wrong/damaged items will not be accepted.
📧 How to Request a Return:

- Subject name must be "I want to return/exchange my product"
- Clear reason for return
- Attached images of the product
- Unboxing video as proof (mandatory)
📦 Return Pick-Up:
- The product must be in its original condition and original packaging intact.
- Our team will verify the condition before pickup.
- Pickup will be arranged only if all return conditions are met.
💸 Refund Policy:
- Refund will be processed only after the product is picked up and we receive the parcel and inspected it.
- Full amount will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.
- If the product is found <without original condition>, <damaged>, or <used> — no refund will be issued.
